- 4-6 lbs Boneless & Skinless Chicken thighs
- 1 cup Chicken Stock (preferably homemade, store bought is fine)
- 1-2 jars Fourth Creek "Hint of Habanero” Red Pepper Relish
- Slider buns
Combine the chicken, stock and Sweet Red Pepper Relish in a slow cooker. Set to high for 5-6 hours. Gently shred or "pull" the chicken with tongs while in the pot with the sauce. Enjoy!
