Grilled Cheese Recipe


  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 slice American Cheese
  • 1 slice Swiss Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Fourth Creek Pepper Relish
  • 2 slices tomato (optional)
  • 2 pieces cooked bacon (optional)


Butter each slice of bread and place butter-side down on a skillet. Layer with cheese, putting relish between cheese slices. Add tomato and bacon, as desired. Cook over medium heat, flipping the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is browned.

Keep your pepper relish close by just in case you wish to add more!
