Shipping policy

Fourth Creek looks to provide a smooth shipping experience.  Below is a brief breakdown of the shipping process.

  • Order processing includes order verification, quality check and packaging.  
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.   We prefer to use UPS & USPS as our main shipping options.  Shipping times can vary and may take up to 1-7 business days.  
  • During times of exceptional volume, shipping may be delayed by carrier and we ask for your patience.
  • Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate international orders.
