Balsamic Vinegar Pepper Relish

The entertaining one. Aged red peppers and balsamic vinegar, dressier than the rest of the set. Bring it out when company's coming. It does the rest.

Use it

• Spooned over baked brie, straight out of the oven.
• Inside a stuffed brie burger (yes, it's a recipe).
• On a charcuterie board next to the prosciutto.
• Stirred into a vinaigrette with olive oil and a clove of garlic.
